Do any parents of teenagers blog? Probably not. I've never seen one, anyway. It's too bad, really. It's an untapped market, I think. Are there even any good books or magazines about how to spend time with and train your teenager? Why not? I guess teenagers are not nearly as cute as toddlers, and they don't say things that are cute or that can be re-interpreted as cute.
There's no such thing as coasting in parenting. Or being "out of the woods."
There's just perseverance. I guess there could be resignation, but that's cowardly and unpalatable.
But perseverance takes so much energy. Why do I feel so isolated?
BTW, when does loneliness go away?

I am at a loss for words. All I can say is how WONDERFUL it was to read this, how my own lonely ache rejoices that there are others, and that you should really consider blogging. There is definitely a void for you to fill. And you would fill it so well.
